Thank you for shopping with Cupid’s Love Potion. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. All orders are shipped securely from the U.S. and transacted in U.S. dollars.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Our fulfillment team packages orders Monday through Friday to get your passion and intimacy essentials to you as fast and privately as possible:

  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday, will be packaged and processed the same day before our courier pickup.
  • Next Business Day: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or during weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following secure shipping options within the United States. Standard and Express tiers are fully available for all orders:

  • Free Shipping (Orders $60 & Over): 5 to 7 business days — FREE
  • Standard Shipping (Available for All Orders): 3 to 5 business days — $9.99
  • Express Shipping (Available for All Orders): 1 to 3 business days — $19.99

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided directly by the carrier and are not fully guaranteed. Weather anomalies, regional courier backlogs, or unexpected carrier delays can occasionally occur.

3. Discreet Packaging (Our Absolute Promise)

We deeply respect and value your personal privacy. Every single order we fulfill is shipped in a plain, completely unmarked brown box or bubble mailer. The return shipping label on the outside of your package will safely list the sender neutrally as CLP Fulfillment Center to guarantee total discretion at your doorstep. Absolutely no mention of Cupid’s Love Potion, romance enhancements, or adult products will appear anywhere on your package. No one will know what is inside but you.

4. Order Tracking

When your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link. You can also use our dedicated Track Your Order landing page at any time to monitor your live order status completely online without needing to sign in.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We fully accept and deliver shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via standard domestic shipping routes to keep your order completely private.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 3 business days after its estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately at hello@cupidslovepotion.com. Our online care team will open a formal investigation with the carrier and work tirelessly to locate your package or arrange a fast replacement shipment at no additional cost.
