If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to resolving your return or exchange smoothly, transparently, and at zero extra cost to you.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To respect our customers while maintaining safety and quality controls across our adult lifestyle lineup, we handle product conditions using the following rules:

  • Opened Product Allowance: We understand that you need to try our enhancers to know if they provide the intense results you expect. For our multi-unit boxes, jars, or blister packs (including our honeys, liquid shots, intimacy pills, gummies, or candies), you are fully eligible to return an opened product as long as at least 70% of the original contents remain entirely unused and unopened.
  • Packaging: The remaining items must be securely returned inside their original retail product packaging or box.
  • Clearance, sale, or items explicitly marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To complete your request, we require your original Order ID as proof of purchase.

  1. Contact our online care team directly at hello@cupidslovepotion.com with your order details and specify whether you prefer a refund or an exchange for an alternative passion product of equal value.
  2. Our team will verify your window and email you a pre-paid, printable return shipping label at absolutely no cost to you.
  3. Safely package your product, attach the pre-paid label to the exterior of your discreet shipping mailer, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Full Refunds

Original Shipping Fees: We believe in an honest, worry-free shopping experience. If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund for your entire out-of-pocket transaction, including any Standard or Express shipping fees paid at checkout.

Return Shipping Fees: Return shipping is 100% FREE. Cupid’s Love Potion covers the full cost of the return transit label because we believe that if our formulas did not meet your performance expectations, you should never be penalized to send them back.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return package arrives at our fulfillment facility and is inspected by our team, we will send you an automated email confirming that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the official approval or rejection of your return based on the 70% product volume rule.

If approved, your full refund will be processed and issued within 2 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you do not see your funds after 2 business days, please first review your bank statement or card ledger again. Next, reach out directly to your banking institution; it frequently takes an internal processing window for automated credits to officially clear onto your account. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your funds, please contact us immediately at hello@cupidslovepotion.com.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We work tirelessly to ensure your items are packed securely, but we understand shipping accidents can happen. If your items arrive damaged, crushed, or leaking from transit, please email us within 5 days of delivery at hello@cupidslovepotion.com with your order number and a clear photograph of the damage. Upon verification, we will immediately arrange a brand-new replacement package sent to you at zero cost.
